My Inner Feeling For Knitting

I ordered the two skeins of yarns. Yarn: Knit Picks Stroll Tonal. Color: Springtime green/yellow. You normal see the yarns in the stores that already had been winded into a ball. This yarn is not yet winding into a ball. Its come in skein. When I first time saw this kind of skein, I was surprised and afraid to mess up. I never see this way until I had become knitter. I went to a real yarn store in Salt Lake City. I was like faint and wanting to fell down after I entered in a store with Derek. I wanted everything from the yarn store.

I actually never see this umbrella swift to hold a skein of yarn. I was fantastic when I saw this. A woman asked me if I want a skein into a ball, I was like huh? She showed me. I love it! I used to wind a stick with my own hand. That's forever and pain in butt. Umbrella swift is faster and easy! So I ordered them a few months later. Love love love it. I can't resist. I will trade anything for wool, ha ha.

Once upon a time, when I was winding a yarn into a ball from a wood stick. Derek had to hold a skein with his hands up. Derek hates it too. Especially when a telephone ringing, kids' whine/bother, or our favorite TV shows on. It's disturbing our focus thing.
 A ball winder.
When I wind this ball winder, it was like you were looking at a floor of road when a car is moving to a high speed by car's window. I just love to see 'whoosh' road than human's slow walk. Anyway, I still have to be careful or I could get it tangled. Not fun!
 Cool, huh? Yes?

Ta-Da! What a beautiful ball. A strand from center is easy to pulling out than fell down and rolled and got it tangled by the kids. The kids are "my cats play with the yarns".
I knit the swatches to check my gauge. I like the color. Perfect for summer color.
This project that I am working on next now with this green yarn. It's very thin jacket. The yarn is fingering weight. Pretty, huh? No?

I am planning to knit up to elbows length.
