I wanted a pair of mittens. I have a purple gloves that I made last year. Unfortunately it is too small for me.
This reminds me a tree of life from Book of Mormon: Lehi's dream. Fruitful mittens. It's also good for me to keeping remind me to stay on a path forward to the tree.
A few post earlier about this yarn. I still have some left of this yarn. I don't want to throw away, waste my money and waste sheep's hair. So I am making a square motif from Robyn Chachula's book that I am planning to make a big blanket with many different of the motifs. This yarn is pretty expensive. I was surprised that this mittens are warm because of this soft merino wool. Outside in Cache Valley have strangest weather. My hands were frost bite. That's hurt.
Derek took the pictures for me. I finished this last night. When I was almost done with this project, I always wanted to finish this by tonight because I knew that there are a few round left to done. I don't want to finish in the next day. Unless if I am super, super tired then I will finish in the next day.
