Surprised! We went to Disneyland again. Now, I am having enough of California now. I want to visit different places. No more California for next 15 years. We drove all the way from Salt Lake City to Anaheim in 9 hours. Derek wanted to drive. I wanted plane. I was surprisedly that the kids are doing well in the rental SUV for a long road trip. I didn't want to use our minivan. I precious my minivan. Derek was only driving both ways. I didn't drive, I don't like this SUV that we rented. It is 2015 Nissan Pathfinder SUV. The pedals are too far and my feet can't reach to them. I hate to being closer to the wheel to my stomach.
We picked our rental SUV up on Tuesday. We left our house to Bountiful on Tuesday night. We left my parents' house in very early bird.
The gas in the southern to California is little more expensive than up here. I thought I will be knitting a lot. Nope, I didn't. I only knit for a few rows. I never been seeing the Las Vegas to Anaheim road trip. So I explored the trip.
Once we arrived to Los Angeles, we, indeed, got lost. The reason why I want to go to LA for Georgetown Cupcakes that was aired in TLC on TV.
We are very lucky due to the shop closed at 7PM. We got there before 6:30PM. I thought it will be closed at 9PM. Nope.
Anyway, the cupcakes were okay. I prefer my Logan cupcakes: Temptation Cupcakes.
Then we got lost again. We were trying to get to our hotel. We were staying ALO hotel. So I told Derek to stopped by at the gas station and asked for the direction. The first ones wasn't helpful due to india guy. So we went to the different gas station, and successfully. We got there at 9PM. We were so tired. It was long day.
The next day, we went to Disneyland. The excited begun.
I asked Derek, I didn't remember that the mickey mouse flowers are purple color. He doesn't remember too. That me and Emma in the right.
Once we entered, there were the characters welcomed us and everyone.
We missed Mickey's Towntoon last year. So we went this year. It was fun but it's good for toddlers families.
While Emma and I went for restroom break, Wyatt did do something that we don't know about it.
While we were standing in the line in big thunder mountain railroad, we saw the living lizard. It was so cute. Also, it is not normal to see that living animals in the parks. By the way, the big thunder mountain railroad was shutting down. They kicked everyone, included us out. We couldn't figured out.
Oh yes, we, indeed, went on the newest member of the ride: Star Wars season of the force. It was like ride in the Han's spaceship and went in the fast mode with the star moving like the heavy snow in the night time. Then, we were in the war mode with the explodes.
After the long lines, we went for the lunch. We decided to eat in Galactic Grill of Star Wars. It was, oh my, pricy food. The food are similar to the fast food. It was more than $70 for that stupid restaurant!
While we were eating, there were the play of Star Wars. It was bored for me due to deafness. So I forced us to left.

We went to Rainforest Cafe. I had medium rare steak, yum! Derek had salmon. The kids have kids meals.
By the end of the day, I have 2 blisters on both of my feet. Owie. (I popped out in the car back to home)
Emma is still obsessing the Frozen toy.
Wyatt wanted the remote car. This shit is &%@# expensive! It is $120.00! The very first expensive toy we bought for our son.
I had head sunburn. It's hurt!
We had okay day, the kids were had bad tantrum. Especially Wyatt. He cried in multiple times. It was difficult day for us as a parents. The next day, we went to California Adventure. It was better day than day one.
After we returned to Bountiful, the kids went with my parents for hike. Derek and I were eating at Chuck-A-Rama. We much needed a break from the kids.
The next day, I went on the planes for the day. By myself! It was good experience for me. I love the plane very much. I don't want to wait for the next vacation to be on the plane. Everyday is special occasion. So why not go on the plane for no reason.
Take off in SLC.
Mt. St. Helena. It was very high mountain than my home mountain. But it's pretty. I landed in Seattle.
Of course, you know it's very poplar PDX carpet photos. I landed in Portland, Oregon.
Before I landed in SLC, I was shocked to see the pink lakes. I never knew there is.
Just right before I landed, there is so beautiful sunset in SLC.

I went for Seattle-Portland-SLC. I wanted to see the WA and OR. I saw the Seattle city and space tower. I also saw the Portland city too. The weather in there were nice and cooler than SLC. Once I exited the SLC airport, it was blast heat on my face when I entered outdoor. I wanted to go back there for the cool weather.
Of course, I was nervous wreck but I did it! I wanted to experience alone traveler. It was pretty simple. I kept tell myself to remain calm and followed the signs. I read the maps. I took UTA and Frontrunner to Ogden to get home. I didn't wanted Derek to drive again to airport to get me. Derek had to go back to Logan to drop the rental car back or it will be charge us. I was very very very exhausted. The look out, aware around of me due to deafness was so exhausted.
I got multiple mails! It was good mail day. I have another two orders on the way here. The blue cocktail was from Los Angeles.
Phew!
Knitting: I did knit a few rows of socks. I thought it will be all day knitting.
