Well, I Am Back

Well, I am trying to get back to write my blog from now on if I can. Our life is changed since I posted my last blog. Two years since I blogged. I am sorry if you are waiting for my new blog. I know how this feels like. I am waiting for my favorite knitter to writes her blog. She is always blogging for almost every weekly, but now she is starting to stop or slow down now.

I don't know how to start what to say first..... I will make a list than story for today.

1. Derek's work is changing into 12 hours shift. No more 8 hours shift. No, it is not just for him, it's worldwide company. I am nervous about this. The shifts are only 3 to 4 days, not 7 days a week. Week one- 3 days work and 4 days off work. Week two- 4 days work and 3 days off work- this is bi-weekly 12 hours shifts for all. Is that makes a sense?

2. We sold our first house last October 16, 2018. We moved to Hyrum. We bought townhouse that was just brand new built before we moved in. The reasons are so millions why we sold our house, I will give you a few: tax property is getting higher and higher, too many problems to fix- A/C is so much needed to replace and we don't have $2,500 for it, lawn sprinkle system is ALWAYS broke every spring, mortgage is getting higher and higher, and we wanted burden off our shoulders. Also we don't have PMI, we don't want it. We deposited 21% down payment to get PMI out. Everything is brand new, so we don't have to worry about our house so we can focus on pay off our debts.

3. It was so hard to adjusting this new lifestyle in new town and new house. I had gone to doctor office for a few months and I am on new medicine. Anxiety and depress disorders are NOT fun at all!

4. Wyatt is struggling in his new school. He doesn't want to do anything what his teacher asked him to do. He wetted his pants more than once on purpose to avoided homework. So we made the rules for him- no iPad while school week. He can have it when it's weekend/no school days. He does like new school, but doesn't like to do homework.

5. Emma loves unicorn so much. She begs me to get buy her more make-ups on her face. I only got her a few- lipstick, powder face, kids eyeshadows. She starts to like her new school. At first, she was struggled to get up for school. She kept said that she doesn't want to go to school. Now it's improving.

6. I got a new job. YES, a job! I know! I vowed myself that I would never get a job. But the world has another plan for me. I hate money. I work at Hyrum McDonald's to be closer to home than 15 minutes drive to Logan daily. It was overwhelming for me at the beginning. Now it is 3 weeks since I got in.

7. My dad passed away last June 19, 2018. 2018 was hardest year ever! Money problems, house problems, dad's sickness, kids struggles, family problems(my younger brother is not getting along with his family, he prefers his wife's family), and we had to stepped out of our comfort zone, because we knew that we can't stay in this zone. We had to get out before the things get worse.

8. No, we didn't trade car. We still have black Hyundai car. I want to get this pay off then we can buy truck. Then we won't buy another vehicle for the next 20 years. I am tired of payments.

9. Why, yes I am still knitting. I sold my spinning wheel, I don't knit with handspun yarns because what if I need more yards. I don't have a time for spinning, it takes FOREVER. Not with my new job schedule. I only knitting. Nothing else. I downsized pretty a lot of my hobbies before we sold our house. I only knitting Nelkin Designs for now due to no time. Life is getting busier. I am subscribing her clubs to save my money for yarns. My local yarn shop: Knit Unique is closed for business due to financial problems. I am sad. But it's ok because I am still visiting to Bountiful and the LYS is in Salt Lake City- 15 minutes drive from there.

10. My youngest brother finally married! No, not to the old lady, married the same as his age! Just had a baby recently, he named him- RJ: Robert Jacob. Me, Jacob, and Jayden are getting along well with our mom, Justin refuses. I am sad.

11. We bought iPhone 8 plus. Just because.

12. It's heavy snow here this season, I am so happy. I keep saying to myself: MORE snow please. I got my wish.

13. My Christmas tree is still UP! I am not getting it down anytime soon.

14. I am obsessing with Mrs. Meyers cleaner. I love the smell lavender. It's my favorite flower. I also have hand soap, hand sanitizer, and multi purpose cleaner. I am planning on to buy air spray in Macey's.

15. Oh yes, my new house does have a soaker tub- it's a MUST for me. Fireplace- electric fireplace.

16. Our guniea pig, Reeses died in December 2017. It was hard to see her go. We had to put her to sleep due to pains. I remember when I held her, she doesn't want to let go of me.

17. Yes, I am still drinking coffee. It's a MUST for me. Stop judging.

18. What am I working on my knitting: Fingerlake Shawl- It's the N club. I am trying to knitting one project at a time due to my new lifestyle with a job. My goal this year is to knit 50 projects before 2019 ends.

19. I am thinking about getting a cat. Yes, our townhouse is pet permitted.

20. Lucky, the pug passed away 2 weeks ago. He was 17 years old. His vet was in shocked that he lived longest life. Gunner, the black lab is still alive. I still love him so much. He acted so strange on the day our dad died.

21. Derek's dad finally retired of 46 years work at Schreiber. He doesn't want to retired, he was kept postponing his retirement twice last year. Derek's mom convinced him to retired before November 1st, so he did retired on halloween day.

22. I am not happy that Patriots won AGAIN! I am rooting for Rams at Super Bowl.

23. We switched to Purple VRS from Soreson VRS, because purple offered us a free iPad and a free apple MacBook Air. Just in time to get new iPad when our old iPad was getting worse and save our money. So we are still with Purple VRS. We are using on laptops and iPhone app for it. Because we haven't set up our house phone VRS yet. The cable is in family room and I am trying to fugue where to set up a desk for it. So I am not worrying about it, because it was good with our iPhone app if someone calls us.

24. We haven't gone to a family vacation, our last vacation was Disneyland in California. Last summer, we went to Bear Lake with Derek's family.

25. I quitted Etsy shop owner due to complicated with tax.
