What a brutal and exhausted hike! It took us 2 hours to walk up. Also it took us 45 minutes down. It's almost 2 miles (1.8 miles). Derek and I agrees never again. Emma and I stayed down for bit due to sickness from high altitude. Derek and Wyatt went to see inside of cave. I wish I could but I felt dizzy. It's awful hike because it's so rocky and steep trail. I was so happy when we were on bottom to our van. We were sore for a few days. We took the hot salt bath. The kids were so energized about hike. They even went too fast to hike. I was out of breathe for every 30 seconds. Good thing, we bought 3 water bottles. It's not for beginnier hike. It so tough hike. We were enjoyed to see our kids burned their energies and went to sleep early. We started to hike at 2pm and we got home at 6:30pm. Long afternoon hike. I did enjoyed the nature and saw some colorful trees. Whew!
